ACM PROJECTS

ACM Projects, a semester-long initiative under the Association of Computing Machinery, is designed for newcomers to software development. It aims to teach collaborative tools, new technologies, and core development principles complementary to the curriculum. Through this program, small teams collaborate with a project leader and industry mentor, working together during build nights, workshops, and presentation events to develop their own software.

MOLDING DOCTORS

Molding Doctors, a pre-medical organization at UT Dallas, is dedicated to empowering aspiring physicians to reach their fullest potential. The organization assists students in exploring a variety of opportunities available during their pre-medical journey, whether that involves clinics, non-clinical experiences, or shadowing, enabling them to navigate and make the most of their pre-medical experience.

UNIVERSITY EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONSE (UEMR)

Provide emergent 911 medical care on campus 24/7. UEMR also operates as a registered First Responder Organization and independent non-profit, delivering 911 Emergency Medical Services exclusively to UT Dallas. It extends EMS Education Services to both students and the community, offering courses held on campus at the Safety & Grounds building. Additionally, UEMR educates students and staff on various emergency care topics as part of its educational initiatives.

The Freshman Mentor Program at UT Dallas pairs incoming students with current mentors to ease their transition during the first two semesters. A tightly knit brotherhood founded on shared beliefs and dedicated to mutual betterment. Through mentorship and strong bonds, new members are paired with "big brothers" before initiation, fostering deep friendships and support beyond the larger chapter. With exclusive events planned by the Brotherhood Committee, brothers engage in various activities like paintball, tubing, and Chi Phriday lunches, providing opportunities to unwind, connect, and strengthen the sense of belonging within the chapter.
